The practices. The people. The purpose

About Elucilium

Elucilium began with a simple observation. The practices most likely to help people were often the hardest to find, afford, or access. And the people doing the most meaningful work were frequently the least resourced to do it.

We are a network of practitioners, facilitators and guides working across breathwork, meditation, sound healing, somatic and contemplative practice. Our work is rooted in traditions that have sustained human wellbeing across thousands of years and dozens of cultures.

Most of these practices exist in fragments. A breathwork session here, a meditation app there, a workshop that resonates but leads nowhere. Encountered in isolation, they can feel interesting but incomplete. What Elucilium offers is a coherent container, a programme architecture that places these practices in relationship with each other so they build on one another and begin to make deeper sense. This is what makes the work approachable for people who are curious but not yet committed, and trustworthy for organisations considering it for their teams.

We believe wellbeing in the deepest sense of that word is not a luxury. It is a necessity. And that the right practice, at the right time, with the right guide, can genuinely change a life.

Our programmes run across Sydney's Northern Beaches and beyond.
